The image on the left is the cover of the 'Catalogue du Salon' of the 137th Official Exhibition of the French Society of Artists held at the Grand Palace of Champs-Elysees on 30 April 1924. The image on the right is Sir Oswald's entry in the list of members. (It's 15 lines from the bottom of the page!)

Researcher's Note: We have a complete original of this catalogue in our Birley papers. It was recovered from a second-hand book store in Cambridge on 3/1/2000.
